Terms and Conditions for Lodging
- (Scope of Application)
- The lodging contract entered into between this hotel and its guests, as well as any related contracts, shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations or by generally established customs.
- Where this hotel has agreed to special terms not contrary to laws, regulations, or established practices, such special terms shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- (Application for Accommodation Contract)
- Persons who accept the lodging charges (in principle, the basic lodging rate specified in Schedule 1) and wish to apply for a lodging contract with this hotel shall provide the following information to the hotel.
- Guest Name
- Date of Stay and Estimated Arrival Time
- Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel
- If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the accommodation period specified in the preceding paragraph, Article 2, during their stay, the hotel shall treat this request as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time it is made.
- (Establishment of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
- The lodging contract shall be deemed concluded when the hotel accepts the application referred to in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply if the hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
- (Refusal to Enter into an Accommodation Contract)
- This hotel may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract in the following cases.
- Article 3: When an application for lodging does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy
- When a person seeking lodging is deemed likely to engage in conduct that violates laws and regulations, public order, or public morals concerning lodging
- When it is clearly recognized that a person seeking lodging is an infectious disease patient
- When asked to bear an unreasonable burden regarding lodging
- When we are unable to provide lodging due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances
- When a person seeking lodging is deemed to be severely intoxicated or otherwise likely to cause significant disturbance to other guests. Or when a guest engages in conduct that causes significant disturbance to other guests.
- When it is discovered that the guest or applicant is a member of a gang, an affiliate of a gang-related organization, or otherwise associated with antisocial forces.
- When an application is received from a user who was previously evicted due to non-payment or misconduct
- (Guest's Right to Cancel the Contract)
- Guests may cancel their lodging contract by notifying the hotel.
- Should a guest cancel all or part of their lodging contract due to reasons attributable to them, the hotel shall charge a cancellation fee as specified in Schedule 2.
- If a guest fails to arrive at the hotel by 10:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date (or two hours after the specified arrival time, if one has been provided in advance) without contacting the hotel, the hotel shall treat the accommodation contract as having been canceled by the guest.
- (The Hotel's Right to Terminate the Contract)
- This hotel may cancel the lodging contract in the following cases:
- When a guest is deemed likely to violate laws and regulations, public order, or public morals in connection with their lodging, or when such conduct is deemed to have occurred.
- When a lodger is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease
- When asked to bear an unreasonable burden regarding lodging
- When accommodation cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to force majeure such as natural disasters
- If a guest becomes extremely intoxicated, sings loudly, or engages in behavior that disturbs other guests or is likely to do so, or if a guest makes remarks or acts in a manner that disturbs other guests.
- Smoking in bed in the bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, or other prohibited acts specified in the hotel's usage rules (limited to those necessary for fire prevention)
- When it is determined that a guest or applicant is a member of a gang, an affiliate of a gang-related organization, or otherwise associated with antisocial forces.
- (Accommodation Registration)
- Guests are required to register the following information at the hotel front desk on the day of their stay.
- Article 7: Guest's Name, Address, Occupation
- For foreign nationals, in addition to the above, a scan of their nationality and passport is required.
- Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel
- (Regarding Use of Guest Rooms)
- Guests may use their hotel rooms from 3:00 PM until 10:00 AM the following day. However, for consecutive stays, guests may use their rooms throughout the day, excluding the arrival and departure dates.
- Children under 5 years of age may stay free of charge when using existing beds. However, in such cases, amenities will not be provided.
- (Compliance with Terms of Use)
- Guests staying at this hotel must comply with the separate terms of use established by the hotel while on the premises.
- (Payment of Fees)
- The breakdown and calculation method for lodging fees and other charges payable by guests shall be as set forth in Appendix 1.
- Payment for the accommodation charges and other fees specified in the preceding paragraph shall be made in cash, by credit card, or by other equivalent means at the front desk upon the guest's arrival or when requested by the hotel.
- Even if a guest chooses not to stay after the hotel has provided the guest with a room and made it available for use, the hotel will charge the accommodation fee.
- (Responsibility of the Hotel)
- This hotel shall compensate guests for any damages incurred as a result of the performance of the lodging contract and related contracts, or due to the non-performance thereof. However, this shall not apply if the damages were not attributable to the hotel's fault.
- This hotel complies with the Fire Prevention Act's standards for periodic inspections of fire-protected structures. However, to address any potential fire incidents, we maintain lodging liability insurance.
- (Handling When Contracted Rooms Cannot Be Provided)
- When this hotel is unable to provide a guest with the contracted room, it shall, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative lodging under conditions as similar as possible.
- Notwithstanding the preceding provision, if this hotel is unable to arrange alternative lodging, it shall pay the guest a guarantee fee equivalent to the penalty amount, which shall be applied toward damages. However, no guarantee fee shall be paid if the inability to provide a room is not attributable to this hotel.
- (Storage of Guests' Luggage or Personal Belongings)
- We cannot store guests' luggage prior to their scheduled check-in date.
- After a guest checks out, any luggage or personal belongings left behind at the hotel will be stored for one month. However, cash, precious metals, or other valuables will be stored for seven days, including the day of discovery, after which they will be turned over to the nearest police station or similar authority.
- The hotel's liability for the storage of guests' luggage or personal belongings in the cases described in the preceding two paragraphs shall be governed by the provisions of Article 11.
- (Responsibility for Parking)
- The hotel shall not be held liable for any incidents occurring inside or outside the hotel parking lot.
- (Guest Responsibility)
- If the hotel suffers damage due to the intentional or negligent acts of a guest, that guest shall compensate the hotel for such damage.
Terms of Use
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests, our hotel has established the following usage rules based on Article 9 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask for your cooperation. Failure to comply with these usage rules may result in refusal of accommodation or use of hotel facilities pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any accidents arising from non-compliance with these usage rules.
- Upon arrival, please immediately check the evacuation route map posted on the inside of your room door and the emergency exits on each floor.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is permitted only outdoors where ashtrays are provided.
- Please refrain from any actions that could cause a fire inside the cabin.
- The following items are prohibited from being brought in as they may cause inconvenience to other guests.
- Animals, birds
- Explosives, volatile oils, and other flammable or combustible substances
- something that emits a foul odor
- Goods exceeding a reasonable quantity
- Firearms, swords, and stimulants prohibited by law
- No entry to the hotel is permitted for non-guests.
- We do not permit unaccompanied minors to stay overnight without parental permission.
- Please keep cash and valuables with you during your stay. In the event of loss or theft of valuables within guest rooms, the hotel shall not be held liable.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from conducting business activities in guest rooms or at the front desk (such as using them as offices/business premises or providing services to visitors/guests).
- Distribution of advertising materials or sale of goods to other guests within the hotel is prohibited.
- Gambling and other acts that disrupt public order or cause inconvenience to others are prohibited.
- Requests Regarding Facilities and Items Within the Building
- Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use.
- Please do not take this outside the hotel.
- Do not move or process it elsewhere.
- Guests will be charged the actual cost for any damage, breakage, or loss of hotel facilities or furnishings inside or outside the hotel.
- We do not accept orders for massage services from outside the hotel.
- Please be advised that publishing photographs taken within the hotel for commercial purposes without permission may result in legal action.
