Stay Resort Niseko / Stay Living Niseko (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”) declares that it will comply with laws, regulations, and other norms concerning the protection of personal information, establish voluntary systems and rules, and implement and maintain them to ensure the proper handling of personal information used in the course of our business.
  1. To implement this declaration, the Hotel establishes internal regulations concerning the protection of personal information. We will ensure these regulations are communicated to and implemented by our employees (including officers, employees under employment contracts, and dispatched workers) and other relevant parties, and will continuously improve and maintain them.
  2. To prevent the loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of personal information, the Hotel establishes internal regulations concerning the security management of information systems.
