We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests regarding their stay at our hotel.
Please check the following before contacting us.
Q. How do I get from Chitose Airport to the hotel?
A. You can come by JR train, bus, taxi, or your own car.Please check each access below.
Q. How do I get from the hotel to the ski resort (Hirafu Welcome Center)?
A. Buses depart from Kutchan Station. Please see below for details.

Q. Do you provide transportation?
A. We do not provide transportation services.
Q. Do you have extra beds?
A. We do not provide extra beds.
Q. Can I send my luggage ahead of time?
A. Please ship it so that it arrives the day before your stay.
Please fill in the following information on the shipping slip.
・Reservation Name
※Please be sure to enter the name of the person who made the reservation, not the name of the guest staying.
If the name on the reservation does not match the name of the person picking up the item, we may be unable to release it.

Q. Can I ship my luggage on the way back?
A. We kindly ask that you arrange for shipping via Takkyubin yourself.
・For luggage other than skis or snowboards, you can ship it from the nearby Seven-Eleven.

・For ski and snowboard equipment, please arrange shipping at a Yamato Transport office.

Q. Is early check-in available?
A. This hotel does not accept check-ins before 3:00 PM.
Q. What is the check-in time?
A. Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following day.
If you will be arriving after 10:00 PM, please be sure to contact the hotel.
Q. How do I check in?
A. This hotel utilizes unmanned check-in kiosks.
How to Use
Q. What is the check-out time?
A. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. (Late check-out is not available.)
Q. Please tell me about the parking lot.
A. There are three complimentary parking lots near the hotel. Reservations are not accepted.
Parking information (including a Google Maps QR code) is available at the hotel front desk. Please check it and park correctly. (Parking is prohibited in front of or beside the hotel.)
Please fill out the vehicle registration form available at the front desk.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any theft, accidents, or other incidents occurring within the hotel parking lot.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any vehicles parked outside our hotel's designated parking area, even if they are towed or reported to the police.
Q. Is smoking permitted?
A. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
Q. Can I request a higher floor or a room next to another?
A. If you contact us in advance, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, please understand that during peak seasons or other busy periods, we may not be able to meet your specific request.
